Embark on the Path to Transforming Communication

With all the conversation about leadership there is one aspect that has been missing. Harmony. There are few places where individual responsibility; clear, consistent communication; respect; and leadership are more visible than in a symphony orchestra. Coming together to create something on a short turnaround and deliver a stunning result is precisely what an orchestra does for every concert while navigating the balance of individual contributions, group dynamics and conflict resolution.

This is why the Richmond Symphony has partnered with Unleashed Leadership LLC, a transformational leadership coaching company, to create The Sweet Sound of Successful Leadership: Embark on the Path to Transforming Communication. This three-month coaching program brings together the power of music, presented with highly unique programming, to teach participants how to transform their leadership, their communication and orchestrate big wins in their business and life.

Program runs March - May, 2024 in Richmond, VA

For each month of this program, participants receive:

•  One in-person, half day workshop (First Tuesday of each month 9 am - 12 noon) - March 5, April 2, May 7
•  One virtual 90 minute group session - March 12, April 9 and May 14 - 10am to 11:30am EST
•  Exclusive access to concerts, rehearsals and the backstage workings of a symphony orchestra
•  Engaged, interactive sessions with artists including Music Director Valentina Peleggi, Symphony Musicians and more.
