Need-based assistance is designed to help participants who may not be able to afford the full cost of participation. To apply for need-based financial assistance, families will be asked to provide documentation of their income and family size, typically with a W2. Decisions about financial assistance are made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the applicant's specific needs and the resources available to the program.
