Mid-season Auditions Now Open for Youth Orchestra Program

Don’t miss out on your chance to make music with the Richmond Symphony Youth Orchestra Program! This October, we’re holding mid-season auditions to fill vacancies in our YOP ensembles. Auditions are open for all instruments. Please note that current YOP students are ineligible to change ensembles mid-year and may only audition in our spring/summer audition cycle.

Mid-season auditions will take place virtually, with students submitting video footage of their scales and two prepared pieces. Students who successfully audition into an ensemble will begin rehearsals with YOP as early as mid-November.
